Tuolemne Meadows Trip

My long time friend and climbing partner Vernon Wiley (also a great photographer) went down to Tuolemne Meadows to do a bit of climbing and photographing. We left on Tuesday night and slept by the “stone crusade” boulders and took some night sky photos. The next morning we cruised up to Tuolemne Meadows in Yosemite Natl. Park did a little bouldering and then in the afternoon hiked out to Cathedral Peak to climb the Southeast Buttress and Eichorn Pinnacle. We photographed the whole way and made some great photographs (check out his blog here)

We drove back this morning and now it’s back to work!

Breanna + Dipendra

What an amazing day–I was able to round up Riley to shoot this one with me.  We started off at M Salon in Incline Village and then jumped in the limo to go over to Edgewood for the ceremony and reception.  Breanna and Dipendra are just so awesome–we had an amazing time and took so many photographs I couldn’t see straight the next day! I can’t wait to finish their slideshow because they are both musicians and I have some of their music that is just awesome!

Thanks guys!

Zoe + Chris

So it was a great surprise when Zoe contacted me last year to photograph her wedding; we went to the same day care center when we were kids and I went to High School with Chris’s older sister. Their wedding was at David Walley’s Resort in the Carson Valley where we all grew up. It was a great little ceremony and a lot like a elementary school/high school reunion! Tara and Diana helped me shoot it and we had a great time and got some cool photos…

Nicolle + Brett

So Tara and I went up to McCall, Idaho to photograph Nicolle and Brett’s wedding. What an amazing time, we got to go on a rafting trip down the North fork of the Payette river (sorry no photos of that because I didn’t want to drop my camera in the river and I didn’t bring a waterproof housing :) ) The next day we photographed the ceremony at a beautiful lodge in McCall. This was Tara’s second wedding and she made such great photographs, I’m so excited to photograph more weddings with her! Below are a couple of my favorite images:
